SIRE - DC Shadow Attack ("Tack") was bred and raised by Ed, who has piloted his career throughout. A little slower to start as a puppy, Tack had 12 Puppy placements but it wasn't until he started in Derby that he began to shine. A natural in hour stakes, Tack's first hour placement was as a Derby, when he was Runner-Up at the 2007 Victoire Nationale Derby Championship. The following year, he was Runner-Up in the 2008 National Field Championship his first time there as a 3-year-old. Tack's career continued to blossom and he became a winner of the Kansas Championship, Texas Open Championship, and the US Open Championship which he won in 2012. At the 50th anniversary of this very prestigious US Open (which requires a 1-hour first series, followed by the top dogs being called back for a 1-hour second series), Tack demonstrated the old adage that "Champions beget Champions", as his pedigree boasts US Open Champions & Runners-Up in every generation, going all the way back to the first winner in 1963. He is an extremely tough competitor, having overcome two surgeries for a broken elbow during his career, and coming back both times still able to compete and win against the best dogs in the country.

Tack has produced both field trial and show winners, though most are still quite young. One to continue the legacy of US Open & Victoire Nationale wins was his son RJ's Shadow Runner, who was Runner-Up in the 2013 Victoire Nationale Derby.

Tack is PennHIP rated .29L .29R (100th percentile).

DAM - Sniksoh Tequila Caliente ("Cali") is the only puppy from the only frozen semen breeding of Ed's 1997 National Champion and later Hall of Fame inductee, NFC/DC/AFC Tequila's Joker. While TJ's record as a competitor and producer speaks for itself, Cali's dam FC/AFC Sniksoh Sweet Hershey Kiss was campaigned mostly locally around Colorado by her breeder/owner Jeff Hoskins. Hershey was an outstanding All Age competitor and has produced multiple Field Champion offspring.

Cali had multiple Puppy placements and earned her Derby points with a huge win in a field of 25 dogs. She is a hard running, serious bird finder with excellent style on point, and a terrific temperament. Due to an injury and Ed having to concentrate on training his client dogs, Cali has not been run much in adult stakes, but we expect her to pass on many of her outstanding characteristics as well as those of her parents. Cali is PennHIP rated .43L .42R (80th percentile).
